Rick Hellers

Rick Hellers

President and Chief Executive Officer

Rick has more than 35 years‘ experience in legal technology and operations management for various law firms (including two Amlaw 200 firms). Rick is a former member of Association of Legal Administrators and a founding member of International Legal Technology Association (formerly LawNet). He has more than 25 years’ experience managing legal vendors and is also a frequent speaker and writer on legal technology and management issues.

John Gilbert

John Gilbert

Senior Vice President

John has executive management responsibility for the company’s sales world-wide including responsibility to build and grow the partner channel. He has more than 30 years’ experience in sales and support to law firms worldwide. John was formerly Vice President at PerfectAccess Speer, where he helped to pioneer the methodology used to customize Microsoft Word for the legal environment including the awareness and removal of Metadata in documents. John has been published in a variety of legal publications, including Law Technology News, Peer to Peer, Legal Management and National Law Journal.

Glen Grambart

Glen Grambart

Vice President, Finance & Administration

Glen has more than 20 years’ experience within financial and operational management. Previously CFO at IXI / Rimage. He brings strong experience working with venture capital firms within the M&A industry, and remodeling early stage technology ventures.

Greg Blatz

Greg Blatz

Director, Operations

Greg Blatz is directly responsible for managing the company operations, including implementations and support teams in all offices and management of both internal and client documentation and training ensuring that client requirements are met in a timely and consistent manner. He is the senior management member overseeing the company’s Dayton, Ohio office. Greg has more than ten years of experience with the company in technical positions. His prior experience includes all facets of client management, including software support and hardware implementations. Greg holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Wright State University.

Mark McNeal

Mark McNeal

Product Owner

Mark McNeal has 10 years of implementation and project management experience within the information technology field. Most of those years have been spent performing and managing projects for nQueue. The remaining years were spent managing small to large projects for an outsourced IT services vendor specializing in community banks. Mark is the company project management official responsible for intake, planning, oversight, and closure of projects performed by nQueue’s Operations Teams. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Business from Texas Christian University.

Mark Nelson

Mark Nelson

Vice President, Operations

Mark brings more than 35 years’ experience in technical management in both the legal and travel industries. He has worked for one of the largest law firms in the southwest as well as one of the largest time and billing software firms in the world. In his capacity as a vendor, Mark specialized in document management and litigation support. Early in his legal career, Mark traveled the country installing and consulting on telecommunications systems to most of the major firms all across the country. As Global VP of Information at one of the world’s largest travel technology companies, he was responsible for their centralized 2,000 person call center as well as infrastructure supporting all global offices. In addition to providing IT management, Mark was responsible for onboarding many global customers taking them from RFP responses, through project implementation. He is now responsible for project implementations, customer support, and all other operational functions.

Phil Hewson

Phil Hewson

Director of Products

Philip leads our development teams and is responsible for product delivery and innovation. He joined nQueue in 2006 as an implementation specialist where his responsibilities included managing and delivering projects for our legal clients in the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia. He has also managed our operations team in nQueue’s EMEA office based in London where his focus on client satisfaction and timely product delivery was recognized by being nominated for a UK legal industry award. He brings that same focus and dedication to ensuring our products meet the needs of our clients today and into the future. Philip holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing with Honors from the University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom.

Patty Robertson

Patty Robertson

Director, Channel and Client Advocacy

Patty has the responsibility for establishing, maintaining, supporting, and growing the company’s partner and reseller relationships. In addition, in her client advocacy role, she and her team are responsible for ensuring clients’ needs are being satisfied with their installed product base and communicating to clients of new or updated products that could be of value to their practice. With over 30 years’ experience with both software and hardware supporting law firms, she is well versed in law firm operations and understands the challenges law firms face relative to technology.

Manager, Support

Pam is a Customer Support Manager with strong leadership and relationship building skills. She has over 30 years of experience in the Legal software industry. Her superior customer service mindset provides exceptional support to all our Law Firms. She is constantly striving to bring complex and demanding support situations to the best conclusion for both the client and the business.
