nQueue Billback Names Darren Ford as Chief Technology Officer
Company Veteran Marries Development and Management Expertise with Industry Experience to Deliver Innovative Technological Solutions
Tempe, Ariz., July 11, 2011 – nQueue Billback, the leading provider of software-based cost recovery systems today announced the promotion of Darren Ford to Chief Technology Officer. He continues to be based at the company’s Arizona headquarters office and is responsible for leadership of all technology initiatives. He is also responsible for management of the entire Arizona- and Australia-based development team.
Darren Ford has more than 20 years experience in software development, support and implementation. He has expertise with more than two-dozen development tools as well as consulting, business process analysis, product management and sales engineering. Throughout his career he has worked for numerous software companies that have been acquired by Global 2000 companies and has served as Director of Technology at a leading law firm.
Darren’s mission is to help nQueue Billback continue to provide its clients with cutting-edge technology. “Our success has always been based primarily on our ability to provide our clients with innovative, state-of-the art solutions to help them capture information and improve profitability,” said Rick Hellers, nQueue Billback’s President and CEO. “Darren deserves much of the credit for that and we look forward to continued technological excellence under his leadership. We are especially fortunate to be able to leverage Darren’s technological excellence and his expertise at law firms.”
The promotion of Ford is an additional step in nQueue Billback’s steep growth curve. In 2011 alone, the company has entered the EMEA and South Africa markets, increased its staff by 28%, opened a sales office in Canada and launched a new Office of Project Management. nQueue Billback also recently celebrated its two best quarters in company history.
nQueue Billback is regarded as the most pioneering company in the cost recovery space, with innovations including the first patented “embedded” systems and the revolutionary iA Expense Manager, which allows for automatic capture of expense information no matter where it occurs. “Since my arrival at nQueue Billback in 2008, it has been clear that a major reason we win is our ability to identify emerging trends and develop tools that allow our clients to react profitably,” said Ford. “I look forward to continuing to deliver innovation going forward.”
