Announcing nQueue Billback, LLC
nQueue merges with Billback’s North American Operations to Better Serve Evolving Legal Market
Tempe, Ariz., July 7, 2009 – Billback Systems, LLC and nQueue, Inc., both leading expense management companies, today announced the merger of nQueue and the North American operations of Billback Systems to create nQueue Billback, LLC. The new, self-contained company is owned by Australia-based Reckon Ltd. and nQueue, Inc. and, as such, will be affiliated with Reckon’s other brands, including APS and Billback UK and Australia. The deal has closed and the new company is operating.
nQueue Billback is uniquely positioned to help law firms and other professional services firms increase profitability. “Capturing data within the firm has become increasingly important, for cost recovery, managing expenses and as the basis for better decisions about firm resources,” said Rick Hellers, CEO of nQueue Billback. The two entities bring a combined 30-plus years of experience in expense management. “The legal industry is changing rapidly, and we are well positioned to meet our clients’ evolving needs, now and in the future,” added Hellers.
Both Billback and nQueue have a long history of service to the legal community. Both were originally launched to provide the legal and professional markets with accurate and reliable information accountability, expense management and cost recovery tools. Both are known for providing new and innovative products and responsive and accommodating customer service. And both have been believers that, whatever the platform, the key is providing outstanding and flexible software. “As we discussed this merger, we learned that the two companies have many similarities,” said Clive Rabie, Reckon Group Chief Executive Officer. “The combined companies and product offering can now be leveraged to provide clients with greater value and be quicker to market with unique and innovative solutions.”
The combined nQueue Billback remains committed to providing outstanding products and services. The company will continue to provide customer support for all products, create new and improved offerings for information accountability, expense management and cost recovery, and retain the “buy-it-once” philosophy for software and provide software upgrades at no additional charge.
